On these wheels, mark across the segment how satisfied you feel with that area of your life or work. You could consider on a scale of 0-10, where 0 (at the centre) is very dissatisfied and 10 (at the outer edge) is fully satisfied. Try to think about what specifically makes you feel happy or unhappy about the subject of each segment, and what makes you give it that score out of 10. This helps you get an overview of how much balance or imbalance you have between different areas. If there are topics important to you that are not included, feel free to add in an extra segment or two!
How highly have you rated your segments? Are there any you are fully satisfied with? Are there any you feel you would like to improve?
These wheels can help you see and notice
- what you find important regarding different aspects of your work, and
- how your choices and decisions you make affect different areas of your life.
